Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship to Italy, France, Germany, and Spain. If your country isn’t available at checkout, we’re not able to ship there at this time.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose:
- Standard Shipping: 4–6 business days
- Fast Delivery: 2–4 business days
Please note that processing usually takes 1–2 business days before shipment.
Can I use the sofa cover if I have pets?
Yes. Our sofa covers are pet-friendly and designed to protect your sofa from pet hair, minor scratches, and daily wear. For best results, we recommend trimming sharp claws regularly and choosing darker colors if shedding is a concern.
What should I do if my sofa shape is unusual or custom-sized?
If your sofa has an unusual shape or custom dimensions, don’t worry. Simply send us your measurements along with a front photo of your sofa. Our support team will help you choose the most suitable size or suggest the best alternative.
