To purchase products on our site, we use Shopify as our third-party payment provider (“Payment Provider”). Shopify is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified platform and securely collects, stores, and processes payment information, including your name, email address, shipping information, credit card number, and bank account details. Our servers do not collect or have access to your payment details.
Any purchases you make via the site are also governed by the Payment Provider’s terms and conditions and/or privacy policies outlined here.

Order Confirmation & Processing

Order confirmation: After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and your payment method has been authorized.

Delivery estimate: Our products ship directly from our warehouses and typically arrive within 5–10 days.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, we will charge your payment method, and it will typically ship within 1–2 business days from the date of your order.
