DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY
This Delivery Policy applies to Italy and selected European countries we currently ship to (including France, Germany, and Spain). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping Areas
We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. If a destination is not available, it will not be selectable during checkout.

Fast Delivery: 2–4 business days — €3.99
Standard: 4–6 business days — Free
EU (France, Germany, Spain)
Fast Delivery: 2–4 business days — €5.99
Standard: 4–6 business days — Free
Notes:
Delivery times are estimates and are counted from the date the order is shipped (not the order date).
Delivery may take longer for remote areas and during peak seasons or carrier disruptions.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Address changes:
We may not be able to change the delivery address once processing has started or the order has shipped.
If you need to request an address change, contact info@ystylehome.com
within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or failed delivery, we may offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund according to our Returns Policy.
Cancellations
Before shipment: You may request cancellation before your order ships. If the order has not been processed/shipped, we can cancel and refund the order.
After shipment: If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Return/Refund Policy after delivery.
Packages Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged upon delivery:
Take clear photos of the outer packaging and any visible damage to the item(s).

If possible, you may refuse delivery and contact us for next steps. After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution (e.g., replacement or refund), in line with our Returns Policy.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Carrier delays, extreme weather, strikes, and other events outside our control may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for such delays, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues with the carrier.
