Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

To return an item, please contact us at info@ystylehome.com. If the return is accepted, you will be required to pay for the return shipping. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Important Information

Since we cannot resell products, the environmental impact of sending returns back to us is unnecessary (and contrary to our corporate values). Instead, we encourage customers who have ordered the wrong size to accept the replacement cover we send them.

Our focus is to provide you with the product you really want.

We kindly ask customers who receive replacement products to recycle locally, donate to charity, recycle the materials, or give to a friend.

Please read the Replacements and Refunds section below to find out what happens to your order in certain circumstances. If you are still unsure, please write to info@ystylehome.com.

I ordered the wrong size or my Covers doesn't fit

We understand that you may have ordered the wrong size, here are the steps you can take:

1. Contact our support center with your order number and let us know what happened.

2. You must provide a picture of the cover being put on the sofa or attempted to be put on the sofa.

3. If we find that the cover does not fit, we will provide you with the correct size cover.

4. Before we ship, we ask you to pay the size difference. As well as processing and shipping fees.

5. We will send you a brand new cover and provide you with an updated tracking number.

6. You will receive your new cover within 5-10 days.

7. Please note that this must be done within 30 days of receiving your YSTYLE.

My YSTYLE Covers was damaged when it was delivered

In the unlikely event that your package is damaged, please follow our return process carefully to reduce any delays:

1. Contact our support center and provide your order number.

2. Send us a clear photo of the outer packaging, including any damage.

3. You must make sure to contact us within the 30-day warranty period.

Possible solutions:

In the event of damage, YSTYLE will immediately send a new item, and we will not refund for damaged items.

I received an incorrect item or an item is missing

Always open the package and carefully inspect the contents before signing for it.

In the event of any issues, please follow our return process carefully to reduce any delays:

1. Contact our support center and provide your order number.

2. Send us a clear photo of the outer packaging, including any visible shipping labels, and (if applicable) the item received.

3. You must make sure to contact us within the 30-day warranty period.

Possible solutions:

If an item is missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory free of charge within the warranty period.

If we sent the wrong item: We will send a replacement item (if applicable and available).

I want to cancel my order

For any reason, if you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via live chat or email info@ystylehome.com within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to process the cancellation request.

Warranty exemption

1. Natural wear and tear and breakage of the product during use are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by our warranty. 

2.If the customer damages/misuses the product, the product warranty will be immediately invalid. We do not provide any compensation in this case. However, we welcome customers to contact us to purchase replacements or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the part and the shipping cost of sending the part.

What if I am unhappy with the quality of my order?

Spill-Resistance

YSTYLE Covers are spill proof, resisting small amounts of liquid for a short amount of time, but not waterproof. To ensure that your Sofa is 100% safe, customers must wipe up stains and spills as soon as they happen. If left too long some liquid will get through - but our sofa covers will certainly buy you enough time to soak it up.  For defective spill-resistant products, we will offer a replacement.

Fabric Quality

The YSTYLE is made from a bespoke mixture of Polyester and Spandex to keep it stretchy, but at the same time strong and durable. We have standard and spill-resistant versions, plus extra-thick durable versions. If you are not sure which one is best for you, please contact our support team who will guide you. For defective products, we will offer a replacement.

Pet Damage

Our stretchy sofa covers are decorative pieces designed to protect the sofa underneath from daily wear and tear. If your pet is used to sleeping on your sofa, our covers will protect the sofa underneath from excess hair and dirt. However, if you have a destructive pet, our stretchy sofa covers are not designed to be attacked, scratched or bitten.

We are not responsible for pet damage to our universal stretchy sofa covers. You may require one of our thicker, heavy duty products - please contact customer support for more information.
