Returns & Exchanges Policy

This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to purchases made on YSTYLE HOME (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Return / Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item, based on the delivery confirmation provided by the carrier. Requests submitted after this period may be declined.

Return Conditions 

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following must be met:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

Original tags/labels are attached (if applicable)

The item is returned in the original packaging, or packaging that provides equivalent protection

You provide the order number or valid proof of purchase

We may refuse a return/exchange if the above conditions are not satisfied.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Authorization Required (How to Request)

Return authorization is required before sending any item back.

Photos (required for damaged/defective/incorrect items; may be requested in other cases)

Unauthorized returns may be refused and, if sent to us, may be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Please include a note inside the package with your order number.

Shipping Costs for Returns / Exchanges

Customer-paid return shipping :
If you return or exchange an item due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong item/color), return shipping is paid by the customer.

We cover return shipping :

If we confirm that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs, or provide an alternative solution (such as a replacement) where applicable.

To help us process return shipping reimbursement (if any), please keep your shipping receipt and tracking information.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the outer packaging and the issue

After verification, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as:

Replacement at no cost or Full refund

Inspection, Approval, and Partial Refunds

All returns are subject to inspection after arrival.

If a returned item shows signs of use, washing, damage, missing parts/accessories, or is returned in a condition different from what was received, we may:decline the return or issue a partial refund to reflect any loss in value.

Refund Method and Processing Time

If your return is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

We process refunds within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected
